I doubt my value

 Do you doubt your value
and think you lack confidence?

A lot of new clients I coach in a 1:1 setting think they have a confidence ‘problem’.

They’ll say to me:
– I can’t talk tangibly about my success.
– I take feedback really personally.
– Who am I to think that I could achieve X?
– They’ll find me out eventually, that I’m not that good.
– I don’t feel confident a lot of the time.
– I’m really hard on myself.
– My super high standards can be a problem.

Let’s agree on something: You don’t have a confidence ‘problem’ – and here’s why.  A lot of talented, intelligent women are working longer hours, overdelivering and taking on even more projects… and yet still feel undervalued and overlooked for promotions at work.

When juggling a heavy workload and relentless shifting goalposts, it becomes really challenging to feel like you’re making progress.

Some women will choose to look inward, at themselves, at what they might be ‘doing wrong’:
Why am I not making progress?
– Why am I not moving forwards?
– Do they not see how hard I am working?
– Maybe it’s me; maybe I need to work harder

In a bid to prove yourself, you might ramp up the self-criticism, beat yourself up, tell yourself that you need to work harder.

But the problem is… delivering MORE of the same exceptional results isn’t going to change things around.

What you need instead is STRATEGY.
= A strategy that breaks this cycle.
= A strategy that gets you unstuck.
= A strategy that helps you look at situations more objectively.
= A strategy that helps you define your value impact.
= A strategy the grows your confidence – fast.

I want you to feel that way everyday which is why we should talk!
