A few years ago, I worked with a fabulous client called Sandie who had no female role models.<\/p>\n

She was in a management role at one of the Big 5 banks here in Australia.<\/p>\n

Sandie was extremely ambitious and sought me out because…<\/p>\n

She\u00a0just\u00a0couldn’t <\/em>get promoted <\/strong>and had simply run out of ideas as to how to make it happen.<\/p>\n

Sandie felt alone, exasperated and she really wanted help.<\/p>\n
