R. i.e. they know what results they are aiming for.<\/p>\n<p>If anything, <strong>over<\/strong>communicate objectives and milestones and you won&#8217;t go far wrong.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategy<\/strong> <strong>#4<\/strong> <strong>Stay calm when things go wrong<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your team is looking for leadership;
