That I post at the start of every year, of 3 Things NOT<\/span> To Do This Year<\/strong>\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

As a corporate woman looking for get the recognition you deserve.<\/span><\/p>\n

I recorded this all on our podcast – listen here<\/a>… or read on for a synopsis<\/em>!<\/span><\/p>\n

This January, I am talking about 3 themes, namely\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

#1 Do NOT internalise discrimination<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I am talking about how some organisations still<\/em> penalise women…<\/span><\/p>\n

And what you can do about it…<\/span><\/p>\n

The most important aspect being NOT to take on that discrimination, not to believe it, not to be suffocated by it.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

#2 Do NOT be too loyal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Is your loyalty resulting in you being too nice<\/em>?<\/span><\/p>\n

Are you people pleasing?<\/span><\/p>\n

Are you being walked over?<\/span><\/p>\n

Is your loyalty sabotaging your own progress<\/em>?<\/span><\/p>\n

#3 Do NOT sabotage other women – even more so, if you\u2019re a woman leader!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Women leaders must support OTHER women coming through the ranks, wherever possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is amazing that this is an issue still for many women – but it is!<\/span><\/p>\n
