Especially if you&#8217;re a leader&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>What are the 5 pillars of a healthy work culture?<\/h4>\n<p>Leslie outlines these 5 pillars of a healthy work culture &#8211; from the top of the executive right down through the organisation&#8230; to the individuals themselves:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Pillar 1:<br \/>\nLeaders\u00a0<b>walking the talk<\/b>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<em>&#8216;Be the culture that you want to see.&#8217;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Pillar 2:<br \/>\nLeaders being\u00a0<b>proactive about getting employees opportunities<\/b>\u00a0for growth and delivering on that &#8211;\u00a0<em>&#8216;Who doesn&#8217;t want to think that someone believes in them?&#8217;<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nPillar 3:<br \/>\nGetting<b>\u00a0individual, tailored support<\/b>\u00a0from your manager so that your needs are met &#8211;\u00a0<em>&#8216;People are like vegetables! They all have individual, different needs to help them thrive.&#8217;<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nPillar 4:<br \/>\nSolid,<b>\u00a0clear communication<\/b>, otherwise assumptions are made &#8211;<em>\u00a0&#8216;If the communication pillar is weak, the whole organisation is weak.&#8217;<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nPillar 5:\u00a0<em><br \/>\n<\/em>Individuals<b>\u00a0should play to their strengths<\/b>\u00a0daily &#8211;\u00a0<em>&#8216;It&#8217;s easy to not see that you&#8217;re in a role that doesn&#8217;t play to your strengths but when we are aligning people with where they are strong they will shine and the organisation will shine too.&#8217;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h4>Here&#8217;s something that stood out for me in today&#8217;s episode:<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWomen want to make an impact.
