Don&#8217;t wait until an annual review to give feedback&#8230; be thinking how you can give feedback regularly (and asking for it too)! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h4><em><br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Today I am talking about:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>How a leader should\u00a0<b>prepare<\/b>\u00a0for your review session with a direct report<\/li>\n<li>How to set the\u00a0<b>correct tone<\/b>\u00a0for your feedback discussion to ensure your direct report feels included, respected and valued<\/li>\n<li>How to\u00a0<b>build trust and rapport\u00a0<\/b>each time you give feedback<\/li>\n<li>How to make the MOST of giving\u00a0<b>positive feedback<\/b>\u00a0and&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><b>Framing <\/b>that feedback effectively when you want to highlight areas for development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b><br \/>\nHere&#8217;s something interesting I said in this ep! \ud83d\ude42<\/b><\/h4>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Make sure you, as team leader, have done your homework.
