We live in a system, in a culture where although most men are our supporters, a small minority of men continue to hold women back.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>In this episode Allan shares his thoughts on these important topics to do with gender equity:<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>1. How women\u2019s safety is a\u00a0<strong><em>man\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0issue<\/strong>\u2026 what that means and how men can step up<\/p>\n<p>2. How <strong>sexism<\/strong>, throw-away<strong> sexist jokes<\/strong> and<strong> bias<\/strong> towards women all operate in the same culture that also enables emotional and physical assault &#8211; even the murder of women.
