Not only is he improving his football skills, he is also cementing his learning to be a good kid &#8211; and ultimately a good man. How? Because the lead coach at his club is a natural leader and one who (seemingly) effortlessly earns the respect of the other coaches, the kids and the parents.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/careersuccessforambitiouswomen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">This is such an important topic and one I hope you&#8217;ll listen to til the end.
