Here&#8217;s a fresh way to commit to yourself this year!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>When we talk about goal setting, we are often looking only at what we want to DO or HAVE in our lives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I want to run a half marathon<\/li>\n<li>I want to get promoted<\/li>\n<li>I want a bigger car<\/li>\n<li>I want to lose weight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But the problem with these kinds of goals is, they don&#8217;t tell us how to behave any differently to actually get that result.<\/p>\n<p>So in today&#8217;s ep, I am sharing my thoughts on looking at the commitments you make to yourself slightly differently. We are looking at goal setting from the angle of BECOMING someone slightly different to achieve your result!
