So this small, base segment of our brains has remained unchanged since the dinosaurs…<\/p>\n

The brain that keeps us safe<\/strong> and enables our survival…<\/p>\n

The brain that triggers our \u2018run away\u2019 reflex in times of crisis and fear.<\/p>\n

Our basic human needs centre around creating security, safety and survival<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

And to achieve these outcomes, in more modern times, what we most need<\/em> is more control<\/strong> and certainty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
