The three areas are these:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Big Picture Strengths<\/li>\n<li>Strengths to Make a Positive Impact on Others<\/li>\n<li>Attitudes &amp; Actions Strengths<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can even create three headers right now on a piece of paper and start brainstorming the strengths you know you have within each of these buckets, or pillars.<\/p>\n<p>Now, because I&#8217;m ALL about practical, useful content that helps clients get clarity, move forwards and new results FAST, let me elaborate some more straight away:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>** Big Picture Strengths **<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I call these strengths &#8216;big picture&#8217; because they are all about thinking more strategically (long term) about things. There are no two ways about it!<\/p>\n<p><em>How do you impact others in a positive way? <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>How do you develop them and make them stronger? <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Are you influential and build trust easily? \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1114\" src=\"https:\/\/illuminategrowth.com.au\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Varnished-hands-writing-ADOBE-small.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"330\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>** Attitudes &amp; Actions Strengths **<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>How you think and what you do both matter &#8211; a lot. Are you self motivated and don&#8217;t need much management? Do you communicate clearly and concisely, so your instructions are understood?
