Rebecca Allen is an evidence-based executive coach and facilitator with over 14 years’ experience, with specialisms in preparing leaders for their next role and leading through change.
She combines strengths-based coaching with cognitive behavioural techniques to help her clients build self-awareness, motivation and step up successfully into more stretching roles. Rebecca’s programs focus on proactive career management;
positioning for more senior roles; executive presence and personal branding; stakeholder management; influential communication; strategic thinking; and confidence.
Rebecca has worked with clients from ANZ, Coca-Cola Amatil, RBA, PwC, KPMG, Lendlease, Woolworths and abbvie. She is also host of the successful podcast Her Ambitious Career.
Leadership philosophy: Rebecca’s leadership and team coaching programs centre around the notion of Evolved Leadership. Her programs help clients define their evolving leadership identity as they navigate change and career-transitions. Future leaders will require a more sophisticated style of adaptive, emotionally-intelligent leadership that can also withstand constant change which forms the basis of Rebecca’s coaching approach.

Professional background: Rebecca is ex-corporate and worked as a Global Account Manager at JWT (WPP) managing clients from HSBC, Cadbury Schweppes, Kimberley Clark, Pfizer and BBC. She is currently completing her tertiary studies in Applied Coaching Psychology and working towards her ICF PCC credential.
