Over the last decade, Rebecca has had the pleasure of coaching hundreds of women through her executive coaching and online training program Roadmap to Senior Leadership, a flexible and practical program that gives women the strategic advice they need to rediscover their mojo, build the careers they deserve, and step up into senior leadership.
Roadmap To Senior Leadership has seen over 80% of clients get promoted and over 70% negotiate significant pay rises.
Rebecca’s background is a corporate one, having managed global client accounts for the likes of HSBC, Kimberly Clark, Cadbury Schweppes and BBC.
She is an internationally-recognised RESULTS Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
Rebecca’s clients are largely from the financial and STEM sectors and include ANZ, Reserve Bank of Australia, Goldman Sachs, IHS Markit, Apple, J.P. Morgan, KPMG, EY, Lendlease, Origin, Woolworths, Coles, and Abbvie Pharma Research.
