Ep 126 – Learn to Love What It Takes to Become a Senior Leader

Today I am sharing 5 important steps that you really need to fall in love with if you want to get promoted to a senior leader level position.

But these 5 steps come from the angle of managing your career more effectively, managing up and taking ownership of your value.
