In this episode I am sharing a personal story.
My son is 8 and he plays football (soccer) with his mates three times a week. Not only is he improving his football skills, he is also cementing his learning to be a good kid – and ultimately a good man. How? Because the lead coach at his club is a natural leader and one who (seemingly) effortlessly earns the respect of the other coaches, the kids and the parents.
