I loved that question Rebecca asked me: “Is this [opportunity] serving you?” For example, in my role I asked, ‘Is this serving me for where I want to be and what I want to do? ‘Old me’ would have been loyal and settled but I said, “No this isn’t enough – I’m going to see what else is out there and took on a new opportunity.’ Having that confidence in myself now has been invaluable.”

Jen: “I was looking for some clarity and your podcast had really resonated which prompted me to reach out to you. I realised I was ‘in my head’ a bit and realised I wanted to speak to someone outside of my industry. At first I felt out of control in my career but how I am showing up at work is already beginning to evolve, specifically in meetings and spending time with senior leaders and to me, that’s a major breakthrough. I now feel like I belong and am a key member of the conversation – that mindset shift has been key and I am finding I am now invited to meetings more.”
