Today we are talking about creating balance in your relaxed state (Yin) and active state (Yang), with my guest Olivia Shurdova. Join us!
This is a really insightful discussion about energy, how easy it is to over-extend yourself and how to find the balance:
- Today we are learning that whilst your Yin energies are cooling, passive, contemplative and dark, Yang is active and about light and warming the body
- We see this balance in everything around us in nature
- Yin and Yang can both deplete us AND fill us up!
- When depleting us, ‘False’ Yin would make you feel stuck, heavy, fearful and insecure whilst ‘False’ Yang can lead to aggressiveness or narcissism

She is located in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, offering her services in Manly and Cromer. Clients seek Olivia out for help with overcoming mental and emotional stress; digestive, sleep and immune disorders; physical pain; and challenges related to motherhood (pregnancy, childbirth and beyond).
When she’s not working, Olivia spends every moment she can with her two little children!
