This January, I am talking about 3 themes, namely…

#1 Do NOT internalise discrimination

I am talking about how some organisations still penalise women…

And what you can do about it…

The most important aspect being NOT to take on that discrimination, not to believe it, not to be suffocated by it.

#2 Do NOT be too loyal

Is your loyalty resulting in you being too nice?

Are you people pleasing?

Are you being walked over?

Is your loyalty sabotaging your own progress?

#3 Do NOT sabotage other women – even more so, if you’re a woman leader!

Women leaders must support OTHER women coming through the ranks, wherever possible.

It is amazing that this is an issue still for many women – but it is!
