Ep 87 – Work Flexibility Is NOT a Woman’s Issue, But An Economic One, with guest Emma Walsh CEO Family Friendly Workplaces

My guest today is Emma Walsh, CEO of Family Friendly Workplaces.

In this episode, Emma and I are talking about flexible working, work-life balance and the need, especially post-pandemic, for workplaces to recognise that employees have critical needs outside of work.
Family Friendly Workplaces has established National Accreditation, here in Australia, for those companies who want to demonstrate, to employees (and potential future employees), that they are meeting minimum standards to be considered a ‘family friendly’ organisation – which isn’t just for parents, but for everyone.
Emma also shares how an individual might make a business case to encourage your company to seek out family friendly certification… so if you want to create change within your company, this is the episode for you!
