Highlights of this ep:

–          the importance of being flexible and able to adapt to change
–          recognising that success comes from failure
–          dealing with criticism and gaining strength from it
–          unconscious bias in the legal profession and female leadership
–          we must be careful about how we attribute meaning to things
–          importance of building a solid support network and seeking out mentors

Best Quote from this episode:

“Success is not final; failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts. You have to stick to what you believe in and never be afraid to fail. You have to keep setting goals for yourself, persevere and work hard. Opportunities come rarely so you must grab them when they are there.” (Selma Masood, guest on Her Ambitious Career podcast)
