Do you find it challenging giving your team constructive feedback? Today I’m sharing some practical steps to make this whole process so much easier!
Feedback is crucial to empower other people and it should be embraced and yet a lot of people recoil at the idea of giving other people feedback.

And I do believe feedback should be a consistent thing. Don’t wait until an annual review to give feedback… be thinking how you can give feedback regularly (and asking for it too)! 😉
