Learning you’re underpaid is painful. Here’s how to bounce back and get the salary you want.
It can be gut wrenching to learn that people around you are being paid more than you…
Particularly perhaps if they are more junior than you, or even a peer.
But what I want to talk with you about in today’s episode…
Is that there’s little value in getting angry if you find this out…
And so much more useful to learn how to approach this challenge objectively…
So that you can work to fix the problem and get the salary you want.
Which is exactly what I am sharing with you today.
