I’m delighted today to welcome Sherrie Zheng, who is one of my coaching clients, to the show! She has kindly offered to be interviewed to share her experience of working with me…

Sherrie went from feeling frustrated and unsuccessfully applying to over 100 job ads…

To landing a full time position in her dream industry, Investment Banking! A huge round of applause and a bunch of virtual high fives for Sherrie please!

• Get more strategic about her job search and stopping ‘blanket applying’ (she applied to over 100 jobs in 2021 and, working with me applied to fewer than 20 and had a much higher interview and conversion rate!)

• Break that barrier of getting through to the interview shortlist and then landing the job!

• Build her credibility with influential decision makers to fast track her opportunities

• Work on her personal brand to create the perception she intended; be seen as a trusted resource

• Asking for what she wants and being super proactive in her career!
