My guest today is Tiffany Kirkwood who, with a 25 year STEM career under her belt, knows a thing or two about working in a male-dominated environment.

Bias is still there but things are changing. We all need to do our part: the males and the females. At Caterpillar, I was once asked to sponsor a Women in Network and I said ‘No’. The females were unhappy with me. I said to them, ‘I will 100% back you up  but you need a male sponsor to do this.’ We need the guys to come onboard and say this is the right way forward.  We need the guys as allies and to be part of the conversation.” (Tiffany Kirkwood, guest on ‘Her Ambitious Career’ Podcast)
