Ep 90 – Are Your Boundaries Weak? How to Start Setting Boundaries That Stick

Having weak – or non-existent – boundaries will slow you down and is a sure-fire path to even more self-doubt. Here’s how to stop this pattern…

    • Your wellbeing and self care?
    • Or about how you talk to yourself?
