I am what I call a ‘recovering perfectionist‘…

I used to find it very difficult to deliver any outcome unless it was 100% perfect…

And it used to cause me so many issues.

It certainly slowed me down, halted my progress and drove me (and some people who loved me!) around the bend!

So I thought I’d tackle perfectionism in this podcast episode and am sharing some suggestions as to how you can start breaking the cycle too!
