2. Who are your clients?

Hey! I’m Rebecca Allen. I’m a Career Success Coach for corporate women – mostly managers and early leaders – and I absolutely love what I do.

I have worked with clients from ANZ, E&Y, Deloitte, J.P. Morgan & Chase, Origin Energy, NRMA, IHS Markit, Coca-Cola Amatil and The Australian Human Rights Commission to name a few.

5. Why did you create these courses?

I have coached hundreds of women over the last 10 years and seen a number of consistent themes emerge from those sessions.

Our courses are based on many of these themes including: gaining greater recognition for your work; valuing yourself more highly; building confidence; getting the clarity to make better decisions for you and your career; juggling work and life; ‘doing’ office politics on your terms; communicating to persuade; finding innovative ways to manage people; leading to influence with authenticity.

Our courses acknowledge that women have very different challenges to men. Women often operate in environments that don’t necessarily set them up for success – whether intentionally or not – and this aspect is vital factor in to our content.

Women also bring unique skills to the workplace (what I call Super Strengths) and it is essential that these strengths are leveraged to bring your most resourceful, confident self to work.

7. What if I have never done any personal or professional development before?

Then you will be in the same boat as many people who attend our courses! It is never too late to start learning more about yourself and aligning your skillset and purpose to bring out the best in you. 8. I actually find ‘change’ quite confronting. Will that be an issue for me?

Many people don’t particularly like ‘change’ or making changes to their lives. It is often because they get used to the comfort zone they operate in. Any change you choose to make as a result of attending our trainings – whether it’s a new decision, a new action or a lightning bolt new piece of self-awareness – will only occur with your permission and when you are ready. Relax. Enjoy the experience and any change will only occur when you are ready.

9. How old do I need to be to attend?

Our content is best suited to women 18 years and older.

10. What research is your content based on?

Rebecca has coached hundreds of women in a 1-1 Executive Coaching setting over the last ten years and has pulled themes that consistently emerge from these sessions to form the basis of the content of our virtual courses.

The strategies we share are tried and tested and have a proven track record of assisting clients to achieve phenomenal results.

Our work also delves into research within the transformational field of coaching – which explores the root causes of why people do what they do; Neurological Linguistic Programming (NLP) – which looks at how our language portrays how we think; how men and women’s brains function to enable greater collaboration and productivity; personal branding strategies; tendencies and preferences across a range of measures including decision making, communication skills, problem solving and leadership.

11. Are your courses only for women?

Our courses and trainings are tailored to professional women; case studies are female-centric as is our content. We don’t offer generic content, that you could find anywhere on the internet, but tailored high-value content that address challenges particular to many women. (But this doesn’t stop men from taking our courses! So long as you have an interest in learning more about yourself, your personal and professional development you’ll get a lot of value from our trainings).

12. Do you offer guarantees or refunds?

We are so confident that you will gain the utmost value from your trainings we offer a Full Happiness Guarantee which means if you aren’t completely happy with your training purchase we will refund your money. You need to have completed (and show workbook evidence of completion) the first 30% of any course to be eligible for a refund. Our Terms and Conditions outline our policy in full.

13. Do you offer payment plans?

All of our trainings and courses have a made-in-full price (best price) and an instalment plan (20% in addition to the best price).

14. Do you offer group/company discounts on your online courses?

Usually yes. We work with organisations, professional associations and clubs that have a commitment to progressing women professionally. Bulk orders of our courses can be negotiated. Should you have an enquiry please get in touch.

16. Do you offer pro bono work?

We currently run the leadership training programme across Australia for the Jane Goodall Institute’s National Youth Leadership team. We choose pro-bono projects that align with our values and philosophy. Should you have an enquiry please get in touch.

We will soon be launching our pro-bono virtual training course “Land Your Dream Job – Career Success After Covid” that will be made available for free to anyone who has recently been made redundant, is interviewing, wants to create a more powerful CV or who wants to build greater confidence in their value. This is a gender neutral training.
