Here are 9 tips to help you exercise your confidence muscle:
⭐️ 1. Do a daily review.
At the end of each day spend 5 minutes recording everything you did well and every way in which you added value.
⭐️ 2. Make an active decision to acknowledge the tiniest acts of kindness you make throughout your day.
Add them to your journal if you like.
⭐️ 3. If struggling with 2., a tiny act of kindness could be anything you do to make someone else happy, look smart, feel smart or proud of themselves.
It could be a smile you give them, a compliment you make or a piece of encouragement you dish out. Recognition takes a minute but lasts a lifetime. 😉

Comparing yourself to other people can lead you to make assumptions about yourself that add no value to you.

– Did you do something you promised you would?
– Did you manage to have that coffee with your friend you’ve been unable to arrange til now?

– Did you get a fruit smoothie down you today?
– Did you get some exercise in?
– Did you feel good?
