Ep 11 – 4 Types of Difficult People & How to Manage Them

Have you ever had to deal with a toxic relationship?

I certainly have and in this episode I am sharing some of my own realisations… (more complete eureka moments) as I worked my way through solving how to deal with difficult people to break the ugly pattern I was in.

Life is too short to have toxic people taking up your thinking and emotional space…

And the only person who can break that cycle is you.

So let’s talk about how to do it in today’s episode!
