[Online Workshop] Learn How to Ask For a Pay Rise

Have you ever wanted to learn how to ask for a pay rise?

Wouldn’t it be better if I was asking you instead, “How much did you negotiate at your last salary review?”

Of course it would!

How would that feel?! Knowing you had asked for a genuine pay rise and got it?

Asking for a pay rise alludes a lot of people – women in particular.

Only 36% of women have ever asked for a pay rise.

That’s awfully low…

And yet, you deserve to be paid appropriately for all those hours you put in week after week (on repeat), right?

So What Stops You From Asking for that Pay Rise?

  1. Is it structural?

  • Does your company remunerate staff based on merit, or not?
  • Is there a positive culture of genuine financial recognition, or not?
  1. Is it the current climate?

  • Are there financial freezes on pay rises right now in your company for example?
  1. Is it your own fear?

  • Do you have concerns that you’ll be judged negatively for asking?
  1. Is it a combination of factors?

  • If so, what are they?

Join our FREE Online Workshop!

I’m running a free working online workshop ‘Easy Salary Negotiation’ in December*…  (*workshop has already run; 2023 dates tba soon)!

And I’d love to invite you to come.

It’s a working-workshop because it is going to be a proactive, practical, teaching workshop…

(There will be no passive Death-by-Powerpoint here)…

I am going to be teaching you how to become a whole lot more strategic about:

* how you position yourself in your business and…

* how you negotiate, unapologetically, on your own behalf to ensure you are paid appropriately.

There will be a workbook to devise your own strategy right there and then…

And a live Q&A to have all your questions answered.

Think of it like a free group coaching session to help you get paid what you want!

Pretty sweet, hey?

Wouldn’t it be awesome if, the next time we spoke…

I didn’t ask you, “Have you ever asked for a pay rise?”

And asked, “How much did you negotiate at your last salary review?” instead…?
